My S3 is regrettably offered for sale, I could really do with a more practicle car (5 doors) as the mrs and I have a static caravan which we use regulary, and with a 4 year old and possibly another one in the not so distant future it makes sense.

Its a 2002 (51) facelift model in the extremely rare factory special order Misano Red. This is the same colour which is currently used on the RS4's and other current models in the Audi range. Which is not to be confused with the much orangey red 'Absolute red' which is available on the s3's which doesn't look half as good as this bright deep glossy red

I have owned the car for 4 and a half months, I searched high and low to find a 'different' s3 other than the usual black or silver ones that you see everywhere and finally came across this gem.

Since owning the car I have spent around £3.5k or more on it on maintainance and modifying, to get it to perform and handle the way it should of left the factory in.

- Bose speaker upgrade with 6 speakers + twin speaker sub box hidden in boot
- Digital Climate control (Ice cold)
- 10 airbags (extremely rare!) includes driver and passenger airbags, front seat airbags, A pillar airbags, B pillar airbags, C pillar airbags.
- Cruise control (very very rare)
- 3 rear head rests (rare)
- Full middle rear seat belt (rare)

Modifications carried out-

Since owning the car I have only ever taken it to APS (Audi/VW/Porsche specialists) and they have carried out all maintaince work and modifications on it with reciepts to prove. It has recently had a major service consisting of cambelt change, tensioners, and water pump (with modified metal impeller), oil and filter change, gearbox oil change with new seal, haldex oil and filter change, diff oil change, brake fluid change etc... plus many breather pipes and seals replaced, all reciepts to prove and stamps in the service book, and isn't due another service for another 15000 miles.

MOT is until 18th December 09, and tax is until the end of Febrary 2010.

It drives perfectly and pulls very well. The ride quality also hasn't been hampered by the adjustable coilover suspension, it has firmed it up just slightly to get rid of the horrible standard boaty ride and has transformed it into a car that can take corners at any speed with great confidence.

The only 'bad' points the car has, which are very minor, are the front end has some stone chips, which are pretty hard to see, but is to be expected with any car really. The passenger front wing has 2 small dents on the very edge of it near the top of the tyre and where the front bumper meets it, it was there when I bought the car, its not really noticable as you can see in the photos, I have had a quote from a body shop which can pull them out without any body work for £70, and the passenger has 1 single very small car park ding which can be done for £70 once again (£70 per panel basically) if I can find the time to get the car booked in to have the dents done then I will, if not then I'm happy to drop the price for the cost of getting them done. This is all that needs to be done to make the car 100% perfect.

I have spent an awful lot of money on this car in the short amount of time that I have owned it, but it just goes to show that I have pampered it and this really is a sad sale, I'm hoping that it will go to somebody who will enjoy it as much as I have.

£7495

Please genuine buyers only, test drives only on proof of insurance.
