1998 Honda Civic 1.6vti-s for sale UK

For sale is my 1998 Honda Civic 1.6 vti-s model. I am in Scotland in the UK.
Here is some info about the car...

Rarer vti-s vtec model, only 200 made.

The car has 160bhp as standard, so it'll be a bit above this now. I haven't had it on a rolling road so I don't know exactly what bhp it is now.
It has done just over 86000 genuine miles.

Below I have listed the modifications done to the car:

Carbon fibre Induction kit
Stainless steel cat-back exhaust system
17" League Alloy Wheels
Lowered 40mm on Eibach springs and gas shocks (picture shown is when the car was lowered 60mm but I changed the suspension due to it rubbing on the tyres)
Rear strut brace
4-2-1 branch manifold
Boost valve
Upgraded ht leads
Spoon gear knob
Goodman's USB CD Player


Also other points to note:

Just had 2 new front tyres a month ago
2 new back tyres last week.
Had new clutch and master sleeve cylinder fitted at 83k
Timing belt changed at 65k.
Drilled and Grooved brake discs
New back brake discs and pads fitted.
New droplinks fitted to anti-roll bar on the front.

Full service history
Lots of receipts for work done
Taxed until August
MOT until August

Honda closure Alam system
Air Conditioning
Full Electric sunroof, windows, mirrors, central locking.
ABS, SRS Airbags, Power Assisted steering

Optional negotiable extras including extra front grill, extra standard exhaust manifold, HT leads, mountable rev counter, short shifter kit, apexi positive charger. Prices can be negotiated for any of this if you want it.

Problems – there are a few scratches on the paintwork that reflect the age of the car but nothing serious and nothing that wouldn't polish out with a bit of time. There is a squeak/knock noise coming from the passenger side suspension. I replaced the suspension for 40mm springs and shocks as it was rubbing on the tyres so it's a bit higher now as I mentioned, this problem has only occured since then. I doubt it'll be anything serious it's probably just something wrong with the way my friend and I fitted them, tightended the bolts too much possibly.

Good condition for the age, good buy, excellent car to drive, reluctant sale.
