Question please look an help:):):)dam rattle !!!

ok hear it is. everytime i am taking off or jolt the car a little bit as in going from first to second i can hear this kind of rattle or squeeky noise.as if shocks are squeeking etc but i can not find the problem anywhere!it really is driving me mad as i can not find it??anyone got any advice??much appreaciated in advance ....thanks

it sounds as if it is coming from front of car around engine bay..my brother is really good with cars an he had it up on axel stands an checked all along the exhaust an sprayed all the shocks down with oil and still no joy its been in the car for about two months now an as it is very evident when pulling off it really puts me off driving the car in town thanks for writing to me on the subject guys

if its at low revs around idle then maybe its the exhaust , i was looking at an ej9 that had a rattling noise when at idle and changing gears and turned out it was the exhaust mounts

imo i'd properly check all engine mounts mine looked ok at first get em off an the rubber is all cracked an the oil filled one was leaking abit only done 60k too tho a 96 spec sir id imagine similar results on a 9! made big difference tho changed em all stayed oem as ive got hard coilovers dn't need nemore vibration lol! good luck

it does not happen when i idle just when i pullin off an that..it goin back into honda 2 day for them to have a proper look at it an ill tell ye which one of ye was right !!!ha...really appreciate all the help lads !!!

hi everyone..my car has a mugen stainless steel exhaust from the manifold back with a straight through bar welded in (no cat).there was a bracket up behind the sump after breaking..it was quite big so after it snapped everytime i drove it was clanking against car!i dont need to put a new one on as the straight through bar would just vribrate it off again!honda charged me 50euro but i dont care as i am in love with my car again.!!i actually forgot how much i love drivin it an missed it so much!thanks for all your help everyone .much appreciated for getting involved and i am just so happy to have my baby back!!!ha
