Hey guys, I was at training the other night brushing up some ground work with one of the super heavyweights practicing my jujitsu. I swept him from the mount with my legs locked around him and he landed on them :( I didnt think it was broken and drove home and walked on it for 2 days before i went to a+e lol!

Anyway real reason for this was too see if theres any suggestions on what i could do for 2 months while im off work? as im already bored after 2 days of being in a cast :( lol

just gone tru this meself bud only a horse landed on mine.. not alot can do really.. i did some comp courses over d web te keep me busy

bad times man! ouch!

My bro took up trying to learn the guitar when he snapped his ankle? Could be something interesting for you to get stuck into instead of laying about on the computer and such. :nice:

Firstly sorry for posting in the wrong section and thanks for moving it :)

I'm hitting the gym everyday hopefully as I'm getting my wheelchair tomorrow so i can get out and about. I have always wanted to learn to play the guitar and did consider starting to learn Japanese but now i have the joy of looking for another job as i may be made redundant soon :(

I wonder what else will go wrong, they do come in threes :nono:

Bad luck man, hope it heals quick and you get a job sorted.

Call of Duty in the meantime :D

You can always workout your forearms... if you know what I mean.
:fapfap:

upper body in gym?

This is why ive gt a wheel chair on the way, so i can wheel myself there :D. Also thinking about trying to wheel chair to the next village 4 miles away lol, need to keep my cardio up as i cant go training :(

Make sure to stay active, I broke my leg in two places last year in a motorbike accident. That was no problem, the saddle pulmonary embolism I got the week after however was! Basically a huge blood clot across the arteries going to lungs! Wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for my sis who is a damn good doctor, just happened to be there when it happened!
If your hitting the gym etc tho you should be alright mate.

If you have patients go get a model EK9 from FUJIMI on ebay and build one there pretty cool.... then tell me how you did it coz mines driving me crazy with the colours lol

sorry to here about job and leg i know how the job bit feels but it does all work itself out it has no choice. For now though take it easy dont let it stress you out to much (easier said than done i know)

Could even buy yourself an R/C drift car and build it up, that's quite time consuming

Yea im trying to stay active. Got my wheel chair yesterday and went round the block and fook me is it hard work! Gona be able to keep my fitness up with that and hitting the gym :)

Yea im not letting my job get to me til it happens, im just applying for jobs left right centre. Hopefully my wedding can go ahead as planned.

Where can i get an RC drift car? that sounds up my street :naughty:
I did think about getting a few model jap motors to make :)

On here mate;

Remote Control Cars and Radio Controlled Cars from Modelsport UK

Its where I got mine, but there are crap loads on eBay. THE best model to go for is TT-01 as its perfect; cheap, reliable and there are a **** load of upgrades.

As for body shells, there are thousands! People are even now "stancing" their rc cars lol

here are some examples

I played on call of duty my xbox when i broke a bone in the top of my hand. I was awesome after 7 weeks lol. Staying active sounds like a better plan though
