SKUNK2 = taiwan parts ?
recently a lot of shit is going on related to "skunk2" please read and be the judge...and bring lot's and lot's of popcorn lol lol

Saw this earlier, kinda makes me a bit sick to my stomach if true that all parts were not Quality Assured and just a number of them out of a bulk shipment over. It does all add up though as skunk2 firm is made up of about 25 staff and have no development centre of there own really. They did change there brand name back round the late 90's early 00's as were getting found out for supplying poor knock off parts from Taiwan under Z speed name and another name. Long read but worth a look.

thats the way most companies work though in mass production. The costs involved in testing every single product would be too much so they resort to testing a percentage of a batch.
Still skunk2 has seriously harmed their business in handling this most recent situation. FTL!

lot of "made in us" and "made in japan" products are made in taiwan this is not a problem,the problem is IF the quality/material are cheap,if you create a good product and give it for production in taiwan with good raw materials no one will have problem.

This is big.... and i feel that S2 is digging there own grave ive been following it and its starting to get out of control to bad for S2 this isnt good for there business and blazed and signal are great people in the industry there well known on other forums and are huge supporters there just stating facts. Its a topic that should have stayed behind doors and not introduced to the public , should of been handled in a different way especially for a big company like s2 now they have alot of the community coming down on them (not good) this im sure will change the community in many ways......
