Im new in this forum. Just wanted to let you all see my ride.

This spring i got my new build engine startet the first time. :clap:

No, Didnt buy the lips on Ebay

The front lip is changed now. It now looks like this:

Its not fiberglass, its a small carpet, two actually, that keeps the heat away, for cooler intake air.

At the moment the gearbox is out, and i am installing a 4,7 final gear(its 4,2 now), and a Quaife LSD. Hope this will bring my 1/4 mile times down in the 2009 season

Best so far 13,91 sec

And i am removing some things to get the weight down to

Yes, haha, a lot of people got them selfes a bit of a surprise when the light turns green, and they are left behind. ohhh... I thougt it was just another lame Civic. Well, U where wrong...

Nice job! What's your method of removing the sound tar? Is that some sort of heating pad? Don't forget to remove that foil sticky stuff on the rear wheel wells.
And do you have a cold air feed for the intake underneath the blanket?

Welcome to the forum!

Its removed with a hammer and a filling knife/scraper. Everything has been removed from the rear now. Next comes the damper plates under the carpet in the front.
Yes, i have installed 2 pipes going from the front and up throug the blanket.
