More pics needed dude :)

Haha, I've been too lazy to upload any pics to have them on. I will do later when I get the car back. Was meant to be on Saturday as well :( but I guess I'll put a story here...

So I'll start from the beginning and skip most crap

I basically drove this EJ9 and got a B16B conversion. Exterior and paint work was never it's highlight.

So this was it when I first got it.. D14, D16 inlet manifold, Hideous TSW Wheels, standard interior, straight through asbo exhaust and the stupid vented bonnet lol. It had to change.. A lot

So after being pestered by my mate. I ended up with a mint B16B. Completely OEM EK9 exhaust set up, until I further purchases. Ended up with the AEM v2 (lovely roar building up to the crossover; sometimes I don't even need VTEC lol), GT Apexi 4-2-1 Manifold and some Spoon leads.

Then got myself a decent 5 stud set up. Best thing about having a 5 stud was a guy at a meet was trying to debate that my EJ9 was an EK9 lol

Anyway, car was cool at one point like this with the Miracle Bar and Takatas

Also done this conversion

I went through a lot of Bonnets as I just needed an OEM one and this Varis bonnet came along and it was just perfect

And then this shell was brought back home and was waiting to be given life

Its an odd trend this business where an ek9 is stripped to a rolling shell, then gets sold and built back up into a full car.
I guess its due to the price of ek9s being quite high, and parts being quite valuable. Nobody would waste their time on rebuilding an ep3.

I agree. Most EP3s are almost the same price as a decent 9, almost. I didn't even plan to go down this route tbh but one thing just led on to another.. awk well haha!

How did you change the centre conacle lad? I tired to change mine and couldnt get to plug in right :(
