Thought it was about time I got some pics up!

The car is a 99 facelift, imported by torque gt late 2010, two previous owners in this country and literally HEAPS of history and Honda service documents etc. From here and Japan.
It has no airbags, ABS, electric windows or power folding mirrors from factory. :)

Current spec;
Bride super low drivers seat rail
Spoon sports street muffler (swapped to this from an N1, noise issues for trackdays)
Baffled de cat
Spoon B pipe
Mugen cold air intake
mfactory shifter bushings
Benen industries rear lower tie bar
Spoon resevoir covers
EBC yellow stuff pads (i know, ive heard all the opinions and have my eye on them, swapping to ds2500 when these are finished)
new OEM discs up front.

Here are some pictures;

In the above pictures it was sitting on tein type HA coilovers, these were fairly tired looking and showing there age, so swappedback on standard shocks from a low mileage ek9.

First things first, oil and filter changed. New NGK plugs fitted, OEM fuel filter fitted also

The headlights were cut, polished and sealed;

Also, the type r decals were a bit worn out so these OEM replacements were ordered

Very hard to carefully remove the old ones!

The rear engine mount was shagged, and torque mounts showing wear so I ordered a full hardrace kit and got to work on that.
Old mount looking a bit worn!

And the hardrace kit;

The car was then undersealed fully and I got very OCD, all rear plastics removed and dynax s50 sprayed on inner rear quarters and inside rear arches, wings were removed and coated behind, all cavities filled with s50, arch plastics and liners removed and behind was coated, bumpers, sill covers and lights off to do all areas correctly, as can be seen;

Other work carried out;
RTA bushes were replaced with genuine Honda
rear ARB droplinks and D bushes replaced with OEM parts
Valve clearances were all checked and all in tolerance, but i adjusted to bang in the middle of the tolerance.
Cobra Category 1 alarm fitted. :lock:

Sorry for picture overload, hope you all like :)

Very nice!! Nothing wrong with a bit of underselling OCD

Not that poverty with the amount spent on! Looks fantastic! Keep it up

Awesome example. Good job with the under sealing. The product that you used inside, what exactly does that do? In comparison to the underseal?

It's there for the same reason as underseal. Seals the arches to stop them rusting from the inside :)
It's just in an aerosol form rather than a tin of the stuff that is brushed on the outside, I used this because its hard to get in at all the areas back there.
The product used was this - Cavity Wax | Order Dynax S50 For High Protection Rust Proofing
And outside I used this - Cavity Wax | Order Dynax-UB For High Protection Rust Proofing
I used a mixture of aerosols for cavities and tins brushed on :)

Another budget spec'er here! Lightweight models ftw!

Poverty Spec lol No that's me I'm rocking a SOHC EJ8 si with nothing in it with a bit rust here and there...That's poverty! btw Nice work you put in :)
