EE9 that is, the FIRST Civic Vtec.

These are a few months old, but I haven't had chance to go get some new pictures as the weathers been crap. It now has clear original indicators and the vent in the bumper is now smoothed in and sprayed...

weighs just under 1t, handles amazing on MeisterR's, and ITR cams give it a little extra poke. but i do love everything about these cars, i dont dislike anything. Perfection from Honda right there.

i bought it in near mint condition in 2005 with 74k, and ive kept it that way, mainly because I have OCD , although it now has 122k

I believe it to be the mintest white EE9 in the country.

ow yes, vtec is lots of fun, but im fed up waiting for vtec with the B16, i need more torque.

I'd been meaning to do this for a few years now, so got to it about a month ago.

How it was...

Quick spray and test fit to see how it looks....

Didn't look right, and also was squashing against the slam panel, so some modifications...

Many hours of sanding and priming later...

Colour and lacquer on...

Done.

great work on that duct looks OEM IMO..


i swear i had those wheels on my starlet GT.. they were 14" on my gt as 15" rubbed the arches lol.
B20 in that is gonna be amazing.... i too have OCD when it comes to my car's and or drums.... but i simply don't have the money to abuse my OCD currnetly so there are parts of my car where i have to simply not look at until i have moneies..

so what you reckon the power of this is... 175hp - 185hp... some where around that.. i'm guessing its B16A - 170hp stock ...


i would say its at least one of the mintest white one in the U.K.. that i have seen anyway

UK ones come with a red stripe, mine is a nice light teal colour, which is the same colour as what some JDM models come with.

Its a vinyl stripe.
