Yes, they're different. The UK spec lights don't have the bulb holders for the sidelights in the lower section in favour of a fog light on the drivers side with a chrome reflector piece to concentrate the fog light into a rectangular shape.
If you're buying new then Honda can order genuine units from your VIN No.

Don`t replace them. Give them a good sand with a P2000 wet and a polish with a fast cut compound applied with a machine and all done! you could even spray a layer of lacquer and outlast your car.
