Headlight Adjustment

I know this mite seem like a silly question...

I need to lower the beam but I don't wanna ruin the left/right allignment trying to figure it out, as I think its spot on atm. So just wanted to know which skrew was the up/down adjustment?

Problem Alert!

Just installed HIDs into my headlights, i need to adjust them big time because their pointing right upto drivers eyes and higher.

My screws are all worn down. is there any other way to adjust them?

Do you mean that the teeth on the cogs are worn? Remember they're not screws as such...
