number plate holes

Hey people, this my sound strange or stupid but what can you buy to cover up the number plate holes. Heres a pic of what i mean and for someone to explain exactly what they are and where to purchase them. I dont wanna isopon the holes up cas itll need painted

please help

I had mine cut out & remolded in & sanded down..but it's more $$$

I had mine completely shaved by a body shop, looks way better...
