Are 96 and 98 Integra ECU's the same?

I know the 98 has an improved exhaust manifold, but is there any difference between the ECU's at all mapping wise to gain extra HP or anything else?

Found a 96 ECU for my B18C conversion, but was wondering if they are definately the same.

Thanks.
