Foglight installation help?

Just bought a pair of ebay foglights.. if theres a thread on how to install that would be great thankz...

Where Does that Positive wire go to..?
And does the Switch Comes like that?

ok the first pic shows a connector. one wire asking for power. am i supposed to look for another existing connector for power or make my own end that plugs in and splice into a power wire? and that fog switch. one side is sealed like any other switch bu this side is exposed.... no signs of breakage anywhere.
