Anyone have the Eibach sportline springs?

Does anyone have the eibach sportline springs that lower by 50mm? Just have a few questions to ask about them!

Re: Anyone have these springs?

why not just include the spring type in the title? you would get a lot more help that way.

Re: Anyone have these springs?

Will pm one of the above mods Would anyone know if these springs should have 'Eibach' stamped on them? I got a set and it has 'sportline' stamped on them. The reason i'm asking is someone has the same springs as me but his hasn't given the 50mm drop, was more or less a stock ride height.

Re: Anyone have these springs?

The Sportline springs don't have the Eibach logo stamped on them. Just "sportline" and the part number.

Great thanks! Other Eibach springs I have seen have the Eibach logo so was just wondering what the deal with that was.

Mine will be fitted next week but don't want to be dissapointed when I fit them! Was told by someone who has the same set up as me (Eibach sportlines on ek9 shocks) that he didn't get the right drop, looked more or less near stock ride height! Can I ask where you bought yours? pm me if you want

Re: Anyone have the Eibach sportline springs?

The drop on the EK9 chassis will most likely be different as these were tested and measured on the base model civics.

So it could be due to using ek9 shocks on an ek4/3 that the sportlines are not giving the correct 50mm drop or any drop at all?

The ek9 shocks shouldn't effect the drop. The only way I could think of the EK4 not seeing the correct drop would be if the lower control arms were removed and torqued back down without preloading the suspension. Or, they had the wrong springs installed.

i have the eibach pro kit on standard ek9 shocks, and it lowers the front 45mm and the rear by 35mm, the sportlines should drop it by 50mm np mate
