Been racking my brain over this.

Currently have a Speedfactory 4bar map sensor for the Turbo setup.

I've got a PLX Wideband setup on its way and was looking at the Boost Gauge setup with their Sensor Module that has a 3bar map sensor built in.

Was looking into wether or not I could use the built in map sensor on the PLX unit.
The Module has a 0-5v Output.

Vacuum Range: (0V = 30.5inHg = -15PSI, 1.66V = 0PSI)
Boost Range: (1.66V = 0PSI, 5.0V = 30PSI)
Measurement Range: 30.5inHg - 30 PSI (760mmHg - 2.11kg/cm2)

Using Hondata's Calculations

1.66v = 0 psi = 0 Millibar
5.0v = 30psi = 2068.43 Millibar
Scalar = 619.29
Offset = -1028.02

1.66v x 619.29 - 1028.02 = 0 mbar @ 1.66v

5.0v x 619.29 - 1028.02 = 2068.43 mbar @ 1.66v

Is this correct ? Could I use the Analog output on the PLX Unit ?

Anyone? Didn't take atmospheric pressure into account in the absolute pressures. Do I need to?

well the answer is yes, you can. But we won't be using it as we're not sure how accurate the voltage will be to the ECU
