itr wiring and engine swap into ek?

Is it difficult to modifier the itr wiring with b18cr for swap into ek car?

Actually is EJ7 year 1997, with the d16, non vtec soch engine.
All is orginal, I think is obd2a.

The best thing to do is get a wiring loom from a B16 EK4 or EK9, that will plug straight into the engine, car, and ECU. It's a really easy swap.

u mean that b16 wiring loom is same for the b18cr from integra?

Yes mate, as long as they are from a prefacelift car it'll plug straight in to the engine and the ITR ECU.
