Tiger sealing engine mounts...

Hello people jut Afew questions regarding tiger sealing my engine mounts, first the reason I'm thinking about doing them is because the engine slightly shakes on start up and also when driving if I rev up and let off the shifter shakes abit. Now onto the questions-

I have a JDM integra DC2
Firstly which mounts should I do?

I know it will cause the cabin to vibrate more then oem but will it be ALOT more?

I did this and the car vibrated a lot more, even the steering wheel on idle; if you're ok with this go for it.

I think you should do the ones that look like this:

Do you reckon I should just do the 3 mounts? Engine/gearbox main mounts and engine to subframe? I don't want crazy vibrations you see

Remove the engine torque mount and tigerseal it (you can drive the car without it for a few days), then refit and see what its like. Then do the gearbox torque mount. Even just them two do make a difference! If still not enough carry on with other mounts.
