fuel pressure regulator help?

Hi how do I know whether I need ORB 06 - AN 06 or if I need ORB 06 - AN 08?

Ek9, and running oem fuel rail. I'm just not 100% sure on the fixing sizes on the regulator?

Also does the ek9 have a return/ bypass line back to the fuel tank?

I personally would have thought so as it is an ek9 but if I am wrong could you let me know as I will need to obviouly run a return line back to the tank.
