stock b16b fuel pressure?

I have searched all over the internet in every possible format of the question. I recently swapped a 00 spec b16b in my 98 ej8. I swapped out the factory fuel rail and regulator for an adjustable fpr and rail from AEM. I have seen answers all over the place from 46psi and as high as 56psi. Can someone give me the definite answer? Or point me in the right direction please. Also none of these answered made clear if they were adjusted with the vacuum line off like it should be.

I have a 97 spec b16b on my 97 civic ex sedan, and have aem fuel rail,regulator, b/m fuel pressure gauge, it's set at 40 psi. No problems.
