Who use such setup with aggressive cams? As I know it's required to shave few tenths from the top of the piston? The static CR with such setup is about 13:1, right?

I am wondering if skunk2 pro2's will work fine? Or do I have to enlarge valve pockets? Maybe someone use them with ek9 cams or any other cams just to have a rough idea.

Why don't you clay the motor so you know the EXACT tolerances?

Guess work is for jokers IMO.
 
Somebody on nzhondas built a b18cr with b16b pistons and skunk2 pro2 cams, didn't have issues with it piston to valve clearances
It can be done
 
Piston to head and valve to piston clearances must be double checked. As I found out searching various forums, the piston valve pockets must be made deeper to accept higher lift.
