Totally fine..

When you rotate the crank slowly the belt can get slack between the 2 cam gears because the cams have different spring pressure against them.

This isnt an issue when the car is running , but always a good idea to check the belt tension

thought all 3 marks should be aligned ...
belt tension seems ok .:nice:
after i rotate the engine couterclockwise a full 2 turns its off by half a tooth on the cams like on the pics
if i align the cam marks then the pulley gets off by this

i was trying to fix this all morning :)
i used 5mm punches on the cams to keep them steady etc...
i was running like this God knows .

yup oil pump mark its off too...
removed the plastic cap
when cams are aligned the oil pump gear is off like the pulley mark !

Yeah then Id say its ok . Ive had some not fully line up on the cam gears for whatever reason even though its on TDC. Once the cams are locked and the oil pump mark is ok your fine. Running a tooth off is very obvious.

strange tho.

a friend drop me his old cam gears to try
nothing changed ..:((

mine it's not even a hole tooth almost a half.
it looks like the exhaust cam opens faster than the intake one isnt that bad for performance ?

Mine was the same when I done my timing belt.
Just slightly out by half a tooth.

That was months ago and mine is fine.

If your worried about the cam timing get them dialled.

Is it possible the rubber damper in the pulley has worn slightly causing outside to have rotated a bit. Just a random thought.
As said tho, to be 100%, get them dialled correctly.
