Oil change in EJ9 D14A4 10w40 or 0w40?

Hi, i am looking to service my car so nd want to b uy the oil for the engine i checked on the castrol website and they have recommended me Castrol Edge Sport 0W-40 and on the Halfords website they recommended me Castrol Magnatec 10W40 Oil.... my car has done 87k miles i got k&n filter and ngk iridum spark plugs which wre put quite recently so i guess i only need to change the oil filter and the engine oil... could somone please help me which oil to get between those options ? thanks

Get castrol Magnetec 10W40.. 0W40 will be like water and will burn out to easy.Most people on here would always put 10W40 in there cars

As jdm3383 said get 10w-40. Think you would have a job even to find a 0-40 oil but it's not suited anyway.

Yep agree with 10w 40 oil, also you should change your gearbox oil as well with honda mtf
